How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping rate covers the shipping cost for major cities in Europe and America. For other countries, it depends on where you are located and how soon you need the product. We can ship it anywhere in the world.
We ONLY charge minimal shipping cost to anywhere in the world. When you place an order, you can check shipping cost for each item to major cities in Europe and North America. For other countries, it depends on where you are located and how soon you need the product.
Other fees such as taxes, customs duties and service fees incurred during the shipment will be charged to the customer.

How fast do I get my order?
Usually, it takes 1-3 business days for production and 3-4 business days for deliver via EMS express. You will receive a tracking number once order is shipped.

What kind of file format do you support?
- Software Support: Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand in PC formats.
- File format Support jpg, pdf and tif

- Image file best to keep in original size (1:1) in CMYK color format.
- Resolution ranges from 150dpi~300dpi for better print quality.
- Use only a-z and 0-9 as the file name and keep each file name a unique name to avoid overwriting.
How do I upload artwork
1.You may submit your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org via www.yousendit.com ,
2. Please send us download link from yousendit.com or
You may send us FTP download link if you upload your artwork to your own FTP server.
3. After the upload file process is completed, we will send you an acknowledgement with a thumbnail of image you have just uploaded to make sure it is the correct image.
